Ronda Rowe is the Licensing & Content Management Librarian for the University of Texas Libraries at the University of Texas at Austin. She leads the University of Texas Libraries’ local licensing and assists with the University of Texas consortia licensing. She received her library degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and has worked as a professional librarian at the University of Texas Libraries since 1997.
